IMPORTANT: (1) Field trips must be booked and paid for in person at least 14 days in advance. (2) The fee for this event is NONREFUNDABLE under all circumstances, including, but not limited to cancellation, no-show, or an event with fewer than expected participants. (3) When the event is concluded, participants are not allowed to remain in the gym without paying for admission (e.g., day pass, membership).
