Ropes

Our “Learn the Ropes” class is a 60-minute class offered to all members and guests. If you've been climbing a couple of times and are looking to take the next step, our Learn the Ropes class will teach you the skills you need to climb on a rope. You will learn how to properly put on a harness, how to tie in, and how to belay. Learning how to belay is a partner activity, so we highly recommend signing up with a friend or family member.

• Weekends - 11:00AM, 4:00PM

PRICE: 

• Non-members - $45
• Members - FREE
• Must be 13 or older to participate

Elevate your climbing experience and get your Lead Belay certification! All lead climbers and lead belayers must be lead checked by certified staff. Test requirements are as follows:

• The Stack Chico Top Rope Belay certification
• The ability to climb a BLUE or harder test route that the climber has never climbed before.
• Must be 16 or older to participate
